Tennis star Naomi Osaka and her boyfriend Cordae have reportedly welcomed a baby girl in Los Angeles, according to the Olympics.

Osaka, Cordae, And Newborn “Doing Well” After Birth Of Their First Child, Source Says
The 25-year-old, four-time Grand Slam singles champion and the rapper, also 25, are “doing well” following the birth of their first child, a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE.
The blessing occurred a few days ago, per the Olympics. Cordae reportedly confirmed the news during his latest show at the Calgary Stampede.
As of Tuesday (Jul. 11), the infant’s name has not been publicly released. The child may not even be named yet at all.
Earlier this year, Osaka told PEOPLE they were still discussing baby names.
“I would say that we are going for something more unique than traditional,” Osaka said.
If you recall, Osaka and Cordae announced her pregnancy on Instagram in January.
Osaka Puts Tennis Career On Hold As New, First-Time Mother
Osaka was forced to withdraw from the Australian Open as a result of the pregnancy, according to the Olympics. She has since taken a break from tennis.
“The past few years have been interesting, to say the least, but I find that it’s the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun. These few months away from the sport has really given me a new love and appreciation for the game I’ve dedicated my life to,” she wrote.
She said that “life is so short, and she doesn’t want to “take any moments for granted.”
“Every day is a new blessing and adventure. I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future. One thing I’m looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, ‘That’s my mom,’ haha,” Osaka said.

Her boyfriend, rapper Cordae, announced it at his show.

Osaka Reveals She Will Return To Tennis At 2024 Australian Open
Last month, she revealed they were expecting a daughter during a princess-themed baby shower, the outlet reports.
Osaka added that she won’t be slowed down in her tennis career despite being a new mother. She revealed she will be at the 2024 Australian Open after announcing her pregnancy on Twitter in January.
“2023 will be a year that’ll be full of lessons for me, and I hope I’ll see you guys in the start of the next one cause I’ll be at Aus 2024. Love you all infinitely.”
