Princess Kate has a sweet ‘hack’ she uses every time she attends a wedding so she doesn’t steal the limelight from the bride.
The Princess of Wales nearly always chooses to recycle the outfits she wears to a wedding.
This way, the media and fashion fans can’t get too excited and focus on her and what she’s wearing as they’ve already seen and analysed it before.

It was the fourth time she’s worn that dress coat, including Princess Charlotte’s christening in July 2015.
The royal also re-wore her gold brocade DAY Birger et Mikkelsen coat with a Gina Foster hat.
She dug out an old floral Jenny Packham dress and her pale blue/grey Katherine Hooker coat for pals Emily McCorquodale and James Hutt’s wedding in May 2012.
While pregnant with Prince George she attended the wedding of William van Cutsem and Rosie Ruck Keene, and she recycled her black and white polka dot Topshop dress.
The Princess of Wales re-wore her blue tweed M Missoni coat, with a floral Whistles dress, Episode court shoes and a Sylvia Fletcher for Lock & Co hat, for Lucy Meade and Charlie Budgett’s wedding in 2014.
The only time Princess Kate wore a new outfit to a wedding was for her siter Pippa.
When her little sister married James Matthews in 2017 Kate wore a blush pink Alexander McQueen long-sleve midi dress with a Jane Taylor floral hat.
