Cane Cares hosted its third annual golf tournament Sept. 22 at Steele Canyon Golf Course in Jamul to help fight homelessness. The event, featuring a golf scramble, auction and raffle, raised more than $15,000 toward the effort.
Cane Cares was founded by Brian and Janine Cane in 2017. The organization provides financial aid and education to those in need. For more information about the group, go to CaneCares.org.
