Earlier this year, Lisa Marie Presley was buried in Graceland’s Meditation Garden next to her son Benjamin Keough.
Nearby is the final resting place of her father Elvis Presley, his parents and grandmother.
Following the death of The King’s daughter, her mother Priscilla Presley had a legal dispute over Lisa Marie’s trust with granddaughter Riley Keough.
Having settled in May, part of the stipulations is for Lisa Marie’s daughter to allow her grandmother to be buried in the Mediation Garden.
According to ABC News, when the 78-year-old dies her grave is to be located “at the location closest to Elvis Presley without moving an existing grave site.”

However, close family members of Elvis who lived with him at Graceland are against Priscilla’s request.
The King’s cousin Billy Smith, who knew the star before he was famous and worked as a Memphis Mafia member for him right up until his death doesn’t think it should go ahead.
Speaking on his YouTube channel Elvis Fans Matter, he said: “No, I don’t think so… I think it’s my business since I’m family.”
Speaking with his wife Jo, the couple said: “Most people understand it. She is his ex-wife. She’s not his widow. He was not married to her when he passed away. Now if she had still been married to him when he passed away. I could see that different.”
Elvis was married to Priscilla from 1967-73 and had one child, Lisa Marie together.
In the last few years of his life, The King – who died of a heart attack at 42 in 1977 – had other major girlfriends and had moved on.
