A woman who has been stopped in the street by strangers due to her “beautiful” and “blessed” appearance has explained in detail how to achieve wrinkle-free skin.
Nina Takesh is a 51-year-old interior designer who has been heavily praised by fans on her TikTok account @ninatakeshofficial for her youthful looks.
In one video, Nina said she believes there should be “no gatekeeping” when it comes to beauty routines, and explained she is able to prevent signs of ageing with a thorough nighttime skincare routine.
Nina said: “I get more questions about my skin than any other part of my body. I get literally stopped at department stores [and] in the streets as people ask me about my skin.”
She added: “I’m no spring chicken people and I do not have any wrinkles because I have been taking care of my skin forever, since I was very very young.”
Nina said her night skincare only takes a couple of minutes and is easy to fit into any schedule. Nina said: “I kid you not, this is my process, this takes about three minutes. I’m very quick because I know what I am doing.”
To begin, Nina explained she starts off her skincare routine by washing her face with a cleanser, and that you should not be picky about the type of cleanser you use. Nina said: “First things first, I use any type of cleanser. It doesn’t matter. I’m using Tonique Confort from Lancôme.”
Next, Nina said she “always” uses a pigment gel, and showed herself using the HQ Free Pigment Gel by PCA skin.
Nina then uses vitamin C and demonstrated by using a serum by SkinCeuticals which is used for people with dry skin. She said: “You guys know about [this product], this is the only one that I recommend that you use.”
Nina then uses a retinol product, which is a key ingredient when it comes to anti-ageing, and said she uses the Resurfacing Retinol Serum by Cerave.
She then used hyaluronic acid, which is known to help skin stretch and is used to reduce skin wrinkles as well as lines. In her video, Nina uses a hyaluronic acid by Ordinary.
Nina then used an adapalene gel by Effaclar. She said: “I then add the adapalene. I don’t have acne, this is made for acne, but adapalene is known to do wonders on spots, sun spots, and all kinds of bad ageing [signs] so it is very important.”
Nina then tried on a retinoid serum by Sunday Riley and finished her skincare regimen with a vital booster by Goldfadenmd which she said is her favourite product as it is “to die for.”
Although she uses a lot of skincare products, Nina said it is due to discovering the beauty products that really help her skin and are the most effective at preventing signs of ageing. She explained: “There’s a reason I use all of these products. I have gone through a lot of testing on my skin, back and forth, until I found the perfect combination, even though it seems plentiful.”
In the comment section, Nina’s fans were amazed that she is 51 years old, as many users thought she was younger.”
One user said: “Wow your skin is beautiful! You are so blessed to look that young in your [50s]!”
Another person wrote: “You are stunning! Thank you for the advice” while one other commentator wrote: “You look lovely, I thought you were younger than me and I’m in my early forties.”
