Kate, Princess of Wales is a gorgeous royal who is recognised worldwide for her glamorous makeup looks.
Whether it’s an evening engagement with the royals or a red carpet film premiere, Kate always looks flawless in stunning ensembles and makeup to match.
The Princess likes to sport signature dark smokey eyes, defined brows and pink lipstick in several shades.
Kate likely has access to some of the best makeup artists in the world, but according to one makeup artist, it’s possible for non-royals to recreate her look at home in just a few simple steps.
Hannah, a makeup artist at Spectrum Collections, spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk about how ladies can get the Kate look for their next night out.

Hannah told budding makeup artists to start with a “soft-matte finish”, as this will make the skin look “polished and natural”.
She instructed: “Apply a veil of foundation and spot conceal blemishes. Finish with translucent powder for a velvet, photo-ready finish.”
Next is “rosey-pink blush”, added to the apple of the cheeks for a “youthful pop of colour”.
To complement the rosey-pink of the blush, use a similar glossy colour on the lips “to keep the look cohesive”.
Hannah continued: “The eyes and brows are the main focus. Keep the front of the brow soft and fluffy while defining the base and tail to keep them looking full but natural.
“You can achieve this with a pencil to define any sparse areas and finish with a coloured brow gel to add texture and fullness.”
“Buff a silver, grey pencil across the lid and the lower lash line for a soft sparkle.
“Add drama and definition to the outer corner of the eyes with a black pencil and lightly blend any harsh edges for a smokey lash line.
“With a blending brush, finish with a cool-toned brown eyeshadow in the crease to soften the edges.”
According to the makeup artist, Kate fans can “complete the look” with mascara and individual lashes for a “defined and full” look.
So the eyes look “lifted”, Hannah recommended focusing the individual lashes on the outer corners.
