With cooler weather on its way, the new season is the perfect time to switch out some wardrobe staples.
M&S has just launched its autumn collection, with 187 pieces to help shoppers build stylish outfits.
The range is called ‘Anything But Ordinary’, and it features stylish clothing, shoes and accessories, that can be mixed and match for a capsule wardrobe.
M&S says: ‘Fall stylishly into autumn with inspiring designs from our anything but ordinary women’s clothing collection. Textured knits and luxe yarns give cosy jumpers a modern look. Flattering jeans with easy stretch for comfort come in on-trend Mom shapes and classic indigo hues. Layer up with cotton-rich utility jackets, or throw on a versatile bomber for laid-back chic.’
Shoppers are loving a pair of trousers, with many adding the piece to their autumn wardrobe, which has quickly become one of M&S’ most recent bestsellers.

The trousers have an elegant shape with a high waist and on-trend wide leg, creating a smooth and flattering silhouette.
Although the fit is designed with comfort in mind, there are darts and pressed creases to give a classy, tailored look, which is ideal for workwear and smarter occasions.
There are seven colours to choose from, with green, navy, black and chocolate shades giving an autumn feel, and the pink and ecru shades perfect for lighter and brighter pops of colour.
Shoppers do have mixed reviews on the trousers, with some commenting on the fabric being too heavy, and others saying that the weight of the fabric helps them to hang nicely.
Shoppers are praising the stylish pair of trousers on the M&S website, with some calling them ‘lovely quality’.
AnnieJean said: ”Decent quality trousers! Good weight to the fabric. Ordered petite but would have to wear with a heel. Liked them enough to keep. Good for autumn and winter too!”
AMG8 commented: ”Lovely quality material. Hangs beautifully and looks far more expensive than the price.”
Julie789 also added: ”Nice trousers fit well! On the heavy side but warm for winter!”
