The Promiscuous Girl completed her look with a pair of black platform open-toe heels as she posed for photos on the red carpet.
She had her Nelly chestnut brown tresses styled into a side as the effortless curls flowed around her shoulders.
For glam, Nelly opted for a bronzed full face of makeup – adding to her natural beauty.
She wore a statement eye look which consisted of black and gold eyeshadow colours.
On her lips, Nelly sported a pink nude gloss which was paired perfectly with her blushed cheeks.
The music icon accessorised her look with multiple silver-toned hoop earrings in varying sizes, she also wore a handful of silver rings on her fingers.
Nelly later took the stage with producer and friend Timbaland to present the Best Pop Song Of The Year award.
