Harry was representing the Sussexes at today’s Coronation, and for the occasion, he wore a three-piece suit from Dior. The fashion house confirmed his attire was made by them on social media.
On Twitter, the official Dior account said: “Tailoring fit for royalty. Dior is honoured to have dressed Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, for the coronation of King Charles III in a custom design by Kim Jones.
“Seen arriving at Westminster Abbey, gain an insight into the savoir-faire of his three-piece suit next.”
On Instagram, the fashion brand revealed more details: “[A] black wool and mohair peak lapel tailcoat is worn with a matching double-breasted vest and trousers, a white shirt, and gray tie.”
In another post, they shared images of the tailor making all of the pieces.

The caption read: “Take a closer look at the formal three-piece suit specially designed for Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, by @MrKimJones, to wear to the coronation of King Charles III.
“Seen here in the atelier, the #DiorSavoirFaire of the tailors is evidenced by the careful construction process, revealing the temporary basting stitches and the canvasing that shapes the lapels, before the balance and fit of each piece are perfected and the finished pieces emerge.”
If anyone were to buy similar items from Dior, jackets start at £2,000, whilst classic trousers are priced at £720. A shirt with Dior’s iconic Bee Jewel would set someone back £670.
