Those looking for a handy everyday bag are snapping up one of Uniqlo’s newest additions.
After the popularity of Uniqlo surged over the last few years, fashion fans are now heading in-store and online for good quality basics.
The Japanese brand has been known for its super lightweight jackets and thermal layers, but most recently, the mini shoulder bags have been a huge hit with shoppers – even selling out multiple times.
While the original bags are still available, a newer version has appeared on the Uniqlo website, with the shoulder bags’ updated design.

Although many use them for everyday use, the downside of the original Uniqlo bags is the nylon material, which gives more of a casual look.
The new bag is made with faux leather, giving it a smarter, more weather-resistant finish, which is ideal for protecting your essentials and dressing up or down.
The bags are known and loved for having a large capacity, and the new version is even bigger and comes in black, dark orange or natural shades.
Some reviews did mention that they found the bag was slightly too expensive, as they had seen a cheaper version that had been discontinued, and it is more expensive than the nylon bags.
Shoppers are commenting on the bag, calling it ‘lovely and soft’.
Morwenna said: ”I bought this a few weeks ago for a forthcoming holiday to Spain so have not yet used it, but it arrived and the colour is perfect, very roomy and it will be just the job for what I need it for and much safer than a normal handbag – really thrilled with it.”
Nicola246 commented: ”Bought this bag to use on the journey to New Zealand, there is loads of room in it. I was able to squash in everything I need. The fabric is lovely and soft and the neutral colour which I hadn’t been sure about is lovely. Will buy the smaller size and probably other colours in this size.”
MAB9 also added: ”I like this bag but really wanted one of the nylon ones you discontinued, which was about the same size but had an extra zipped compartment which would have been more useful. It was also cheaper, retailing at around £19.”
