A skincare product is gaining popularity with Amazon shoppers, racking up almost 18,000 reviews.
Amazon’s beauty section is expanding, and hundreds of products are now cheaper there than elsewhere.
Paula’s Choice may not be a household brand name in the UK, however one particular product has shot to fame this year after going viral on social media.
The Paula’s Choice Exfoliant is £12 and has become one of Amazon’s bestselling beauty products, leaving shoppers with clearer skin.
Buy: Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant (£12)
The product contains key ingredient Salicylic Acid, which is soothing and helps to shed dead skin, both on the surface and inside clogged-up pores.
It can also be useful if you’re prone to spots, as it works to fight breakouts and blackheads for clearer, smoother and more radiant skin.
The exfoliant is suitable for normal, combination to oily skin types, so may not be ideal for dry skin, and should be followed by a moisturiser to replenish hydration.
Some reviewers do mention that the 30ml bottle is quite small, however there are bigger sizes available on Amazon.
Shoppers are loving the exfoliant, with some calling saying the ‘difference is insane’.
Ange said: ”Paula’s Choice products are great. I Wake up with clean smooth skin when I use this and it doesn’t affect or break my sensitive skin out at all. Just rub with a cotton pad before bed and wash off the next day. Don’t need any other Abrasive exfoliants!”
Alisha commented: ”I’m not normally one to write reviews but I felt like I needed to as I am always one to look at reviews before buying a product. I’m in my mid-20s and probably tried everything out there for my skin. I suffer with oily skin and have blackheads and small spot-like bumps on my face. I’ve been using this product for just over a week and the difference is insane. Yes, it is quite pricey but it is so worth it and I will definitely carry on using it and recommending it! I apply it morning and evening on clean skin with a cotton pad.”
Kez also added: ”I have been using this product for over a week now and my skin feels great. The bottle is small, but you don’t actually use a lot of the liquid.”
For those looking for an even cheaper alternative, the PIXI Glow Tonic toner is curently £8 on Lookfantastic.
