SAN DIEGO —
A woman was arrested after she allegedly stabbed two people then barricaded herself in a home in the Rolando neighborhood Thursday, San Diego police said.
About 8:50 a.m., someone called police to report that two people had been stabbed in a home on 68th Street several blocks south of El Cajon Boulevard, Officer Darius Jamsetjee said.
One of the victims was taken by ambulance to a hospital, to be treated for wounds not considered to be life threatening, the officer said.
The woman then holed up in home. Police brought out the SWAT team. The street was shut down as the standoff ensued. She gave up and came out about 1:45 p.m., he said.
