When Shark extended its technology to making hair tools, the brand gained a whole new fanbase.
Women who wanted to experiment with their hair without compromising on time or effort started investing in Shark’s hair innovations.
The devices do come at a cost, but luckily every so often there’s a way to save money, and there’s currently a code to use – but you’ll need to be quick as the offer ends on February 14.
Those looking to upgrade their haircare routine can get £30 off the Shark FlexStyle Air Styler & Hair Dryer, using code FLEX10.
Buy: Shark FlexStyle Air Styler & Hair Dryer (£269.99)
The hair tool has five styling attachments for smooth and frizz-free looks, bounce and volume, two different types of curls and effortless blow dries for switching up your look.
The compact and lightweight design can change from hair dryer to styler in seconds, and uses air to deliver results without direct or excessive heat damage.
One of its biggest competitors is Dyson, and Although the Shark FlexStyle is still an investment, at full price it’s already cheaper than the Dyson Airwrap which also uses the Coanda air styling effect.
Shoppers are leaving reviews on the hair styler, with some saying their ‘Dyson is packed away’ since they’ve used Shark’s version.
Avril said: ”Absolutely a game changer .. love it. So easy to use and put attachments on. It drys and styles my hair as if a hairdresser had done it. Easy to pack when travelling .”
Isobel commented: ”Having very fine and fragile hair, using the new hairdryer is more gentle and love how the air comes out the brush. Dyson is now packed away.”
Stresser also added: ”Hair dryer is pretty good but curlers are no good for thick hair. Took over 20 minutes to do my hair and the curls don’t hold. Ended up using so much product on my hair to get it to hold and still by the end of the day the curls still fell out. Better results from a normal curling wand.”
Some shoppers found that for curling they preferred a regular curling wand, and for those with very straight hair, it may work better to use a direct heat tool, like the TRESemme 28mm Ceramic Waving Wand.
